All of my repairs come with a 12 month parts and labour guarantee as standard. If your boiler is beyond economical repair I will refund you the initial diagnostics visit cost against the cost of a new boiler installation.

The initial repair/diagnostics visit usually takes around an hour, although many boiler repairs I’ve done have been diagnosed and repaired within the hour. If additional parts and/or labour is needed for your boiler during the repair, I will provide you with a quotation for supplying and fitting them, along with a time frame, before proceeding any further, to ensure you are happy with the revised price.
