What’s included in my Worcester boiler major service

Depending on the specific Worcester boiler model and make, what is included in a Worcester boiler major service isn’t the same for all, as each model has a different set of service requirements and tasks.

Worcester boiler major services are often more expensive than other manufacturers, but given their quality, the recommendation would be to only have a major service every 5th year.

Below are listed three of their most popular models, with an estimated cost for a major service, in addition to supplying and fitting new gaskets and new electrodes.

Gas boiler major service

Unlike standard boiler servicing costs, major boiler servicing costs do tend to differ. The price often depends on the boiler age, it’s make and model, and whether any additional parts are found to be warn or defective and need replacing.

If you think your boiler needs a major service, it’s best to call or email me to request a bespoke price. On average most boiler manufacturers recommend a standard service once a year for 3 years, with a major service every 4th year thereafter, where the boiler is fully stripped down and associated gaskets, parts etc., are replaced, if needed.
