Radiator
Installation
Is it time to install new radiators?
Installing new radiators in your house not only makes your home look and feel more attractive, but will also make your heating system operate more efficiently.
In order to make sure you choose the right radiators for your home, I would recommend booking a survey. I can then calculate the amount of heat required, based on room usage and heat loss, along with the available wall space, in order to recommend a suitable radiator, that will not only look great, but will keep you nice and cosy.
I work with all major brands, but have a look at DQ Heating for some inspiration, and if you order through me, I can get you a discounted rate on the following:
- Traditional column radiators
- Cast iron radiators
- Designer radiators
- Towel radiators
- Curved and angled radiators

Radiator valves
The cost to change a radiator valve depends on a few different factors, such as location, type of valve and the size of the heating system that needs to be drained and refilled.
As a general guide, a single valve replacement part(s) and labour would be £155 + VAT. The majority of time spent when changing a single valve is the draining and refilling of your system. In some situations, it may be more cost effective to change multiple valves at the same time, e.g. changing 10 valves would work out at £440 + VAT.
I will always fully treat your heating system with Sentinel X100 when refilling, to protect against corrosion and limescale, and to increase your boiler efficiency.
