A Gas Safe Certificate is a legal requirement for all landlords in the UK, to have a yearly gas safety inspection completed for your tenants, confirming that all gas appliances in the rental property have been checked by a fully qualified gas safe registered engineer. 

By law you must obtain and keep a record of the safety check for 2 years and provide a copy to the tenant within 28 days of the check being completed.

I offer a landlord gas safety service and will provide a Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) when required.

Also as a part of my service, I will send you an annual reminder and am happy to liase directly with your tenants. if need be.
