Tap replacement and installation

I offer a tap replacement, fitting and installation service for pairs of taps, or single mono-block mixer taps.

If you were to supply the tap(s), I can install them along with any general connections. Also included in this service is a digital certificate of the work carried out, along with a 12 month guarantee, as standard.

The following price is based on you already having good working isolation valves in place, for isolation of water, and your pipework being accessible:

Average time: 1 hour
Cost: £90 + VAT

Outside and external tap installation

To supply and install an external/outside tap with pipework, isolation valve fixtures and fittings, including the supply of materials and general connections, with a certificate of work carried out and a 12 month guarantee on parts and labour as standard:

The following price is based on an outside tap backing onto a kitchen sink or other cold water supply:

Average time: 1-2 hours
Cost: £166 + VAT
