I use specialist online booking software, from Surefire, designed to keep me organised, and you informed, via text and email.
You can book online for a standard gas appliance service, boiler breakdown, fault diagnostics, leaks and any general plumbing investigation or repair works. Online booking is currently only available for an appointment up to 1 hour. If you want to book a major service or book me for longer than 1 hour, its best to send a message or call me to discuss your requirements.
- Once booked in you will receive a booking confirmation
- A handy reminder with a 4 hour arrival slot will be sent to you the day before your appointment
- You will receive an update when I am enroute to you, usually 15-20 mins prior to arrival. This will have a tracking link, should you wish to use it
I always want to be as open and honest as possible, which is why I’ve chosen to publish my guide prices. It’s important to know what jobs are going to cost beforehand and how long they are likely to take, so that you can make the right decision, and avoid any hidden extras.
I charge £80 for an initial appointment, excluding VAT.
If during your appointment I think the job is going to exceed £80 + VAT, a quotation will be given before proceeding any further, to ensure you are happy with the proposed (labour only) revised price.
